Business Health Check

A business health check will provide you with an overview of your business. It will highlight areas where attention should be given to improve performance or reduce risk.

Running a business can be an exciting and challenging task but it is extremely time consuming. Business owners and senior managers can become embroiled in day to day business issues. This can be a particular problem in small and mid sized businesses. Often there is no time to consider the wider issues that are important to your business; questions such as:

  • Are we as efficient in our operations as we might be?
  • Should we be developing new products and services?
  • What is happening in our market place?
  • Are we getting the most from our marketing?

Our business health check can be conducted within a very short time period and may only require a single, one day, visit to gather information (for an organisation based on a single site, without multiple product or service lines and possessing a small management team) .

The outcome of a health check is a comprehensive report that will highlight your organisations strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and will provide you with a strong foundation for an action plan.
